Business Hours

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm PST. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Tuesday morning – unless it is a holiday.

Domestic Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed in 1-7 business business days from order date.  Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays.

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. 

International Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimated to be 7-14 business days, but please note that delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country.

Errors and Shipment Delays

The Mama Green is not responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors. All address errors must be reported within 24 hours after purchase. 

Refunds & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds on items that are not in their original condition and are damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at themamagreen@gmail.com.
